Course Description: The Animated Film Making course is designed to introduce students to the creative and technical aspects of producing animated films. Through a combination of theoretical lectures, practical exercises, and hands-on projects, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the animation process from concept development to final production.

The course will cover various topics including: Introduction to Animation: A brief history of animation, understanding different animation techniques, and exploring the evolution of animation in film and other media. Pre-production: Concept development, storyboarding, character design, and creating a compelling narrative for animated films. Animation Principles: Understanding the core principles of animation such as timing, spacing, squash and stretch, anticipation, and exaggeration.
